Introduction-:
It has been observed that human beings always strive to do better in life. Our constant evolution and proper transition not only help us create a good environment but also make us more responsible toward those who come after us or choose to follow us. It is felt that this responsibility is greater if some people decide to follow your ways of handling things, but this responsibility becomes the biggest and the toughest when they not only decide to follow in your footsteps but also have a strong desire to remain a part of every vision and mission of yours.

A leader or monitor should possess a constructive mind rather than a spoiling one. He should never work to find faults in others if any plan doesn't achieve success. If a leader fails to praise when a person deserves it, then how could he criticize the failing? His problem-solving skills should help those who are facing issues that serve as hurdles in attaining goals. As a leader, he should have the ability to organize things accurately. competent leader should have these particular qualities to make the procedures and processes attainable—
He should be competent enough in explaining the plans to his team.
The level of consciousness and commitment should touch high standards.
The capacity to take initiative should be good.
Must have full knowledge of the people and their objectives.
Certain types of leaders are noted here,
Managerial Leaders. --- They are not very persuasive, they don’t have the kind of influence that generally the leaders have on the team.
A Relational leader,-- As the name suggested, this type of leader builds relations to create an impact on the team, and due to this art of building relationships, he is followed.
Motivational leaders- These kinds of leaders always cared for the mutual benefit of all those who know what they are and how effective they are in their commitments.
Transformational leaders- A transformational leader’s desire and intention are entirely based on, how things should be performed to get the best from it
Inspirational Leader. An inspirational leader inspires managerial and relational leaders to become motivational leaders, their focus is on growing themselves and inspiring others to grow in the same way.
The Role of a Leader-:
When all these people, knowingly or unknowingly, begin to look up to you as their leader, a lot of things start revolving around you. Because, as a fact, a good and competent leader neither believes nor ever likes to create followers; he always keeps focusing on creating more and more leaders. It is not an easy task to look for leadership qualities in the followers, but it gets more challenging to make them aware of the qualities within themselves. A leader has to be focused on what kind of examples should be set that will help create positivity around them. An efficient leader knows the truth very well that merely precepts can never make any kind of difference; rather, if things are proven by setting examples, it can cast a spell on anyone.
Vision and Understanding-:
A leader who is moving ahead with a specific vision and conviction, without a thought of giving up, and has decided to make the world a better place to live in, embodies a necessary part of leadership. He should try to understand the people he is going to instruct. A person who knows how to deal with aspirations can lead well. Being a leader is not a title; it is a great responsibility in itself. A leader tries to stay positive because he believes that it will help in spreading fair vibes around him. People always expect leaders to be vocal, especially when there is a pressing need to raise their voices against any kind of injustice and negligence.
Inspiring in Absence-:
A leader is one who not only encourages people to keep working but also, in his absence, inspires them not to ignore their goals or ambitions, even for a moment. This specialty demonstrates how impactful a leader he is! Most leaders do not like to follow the routine path; they always prefer to choose something unusual and pave their own way. One should develop qualities that help in establishing oneself as a leader among the masses, even without holding any prestigious position or title, where followers take commands as a commitment.
Confidence and Responsibility -:
Leaders should have enough confidence to make the right decisions at the right time. A leader knows well how to take ownership and responsibility when needed. A true leader neither gets angry over irrelevant issues nor tries any sort of provision to make everyone happy at the same time. The logic behind this is very simple: relevant issues might be missed if undue attention is paid to irrelevant topics. In the same way, nobody has a magic wand whose touch is enough to create a path of comfort for everyone. People may stop responding to a leader who is less certain regarding his vision and mission. As a leader, he should be sufficiently convinced of his objectives; any less can throw the followers into a ditch of various doubts and speculations, and it may cease their willpower to attain more in life.
The Pursuit of Excellence-:
A good leader always looks for more in everything rather than less. A leader should know how to involve people, how to arrange conditions, and initiate processes that will surely bring out the best in them. As we all know, in a democratic process, a leader can never be a dictator or despotic. So it is expected that the people should not be dragged and forced to blindly follow him. A leader can inspire or encourage them to feel free to express themselves in any way. A good leader should have the capability to translate the vision and mission of others into success, showcasing his perspective of making things possible. without causing the people to realize his importance, or sometimes even his existence.
The Essence of Leadership-:
The best quality of a leader is when the work has been completed or the aim is achieved, letting others also feel the same kind of exhilaration for this achievement. It should be owned by them in the same way. If the people haven’t got any mission in life, they will perish. A good leader ought to make them understand that if they don't follow any concept in life, they will be lost. The true leader has the capacity and willingness to mobilize men and women to a common purpose and character which inspires their confidence. A leader always considers that the people who are walking behind deserve the exact growth in the field of success. The leader should have a practical approach to everything; he has to define reality.
Leading by Example-:
He has to present his principles and ideas before his team, and if he wishes that those should be put into practice, he has to perform all those things himself. Then it would help him to be a successful leader. A team or a group may be good or bad; it entirely depends on how it has been managed. A leader might lead such a group of people who are generally not equal in many other things, but it is the capability of a good leader that he never lets them acknowledge the existence of any kind of inequality among them. There is a great difference between the leader and the soldier; a leader can be successful when he gets willing cooperation from the other members of his team.
Conclusion-:
When a person is in the process of becoming a leader, success means proper growth to him/her. The meaning of success changes when he becomes the leader; now he has to think about the growth and mission of his followers. He is the one who has to create an atmosphere of hope and encouragement because if the team loses hope, nothing can make a difference—even encouragement would fail to push anyone to the expected level.
A sense of sympathy is an essential quality of a leader. In the absence of this, he cannot be trusted and remains unable to seek willing cooperation. Most importantly, the other members of the team would hesitate to put up with their difficulties and many other issues. If he wants to lead successfully, he should have a sympathetic attitude toward the group; otherwise, this path to success might be lost in the fusion of distrust and despair.
